Introducing Ramsbury’s New Limited-edition Raspberry and Wildflower Honey Gin
It wouldn’t be British summertime without a crisp, refreshing, limited-edition release from the Ramsbury Estate’s Distillery; and this summer, our luxurious, Raspberry and Wildflower Honey Gin is bringing flavours of the summer to you.
As is the Ramsbury way, this beautiful mix of natural flavours and finely distilled gin mixes natural raspberry juice extracted from our own-grown raspberries, as well as wildflower honey, all sourced from the grounds of the Ramsbury Estate. The carefully picked flavours, selected by our expert distillery team, epitomise the countryside’s spring-summer feel, and its resultant gin is an excellent tipple enjoyed with a simple tonic, or in some of our favourite summertime cocktails.
The Inspiration Behind Ramsbury’s Latest Limited-Edition Creation
Our General Manager, Nik Fordham, chose to look for inspiration directly from “within the landscape, with bees leading [him] to the thought of Wildflower Honey, which is gathered from hives of the Estate.” From there, Nik explained to the team that “spring-summer also makes [him] think of bright, vibrant colours and flavours of fresh fruit” and thus, our latest creation was born.
Using our critically-acclaimed and award-winning gin, and this new, fresh flavour combination, our expert distillery team began work to finely balance the flavours, leading us to one of our favourite limited-edition gin creations to-date: the Raspberry and Wildflower Honey Gin. Created through careful thought, using the teams’ combined years of knowledge and expertise, this sweet and refreshing take on the hugely popular raspberry gin varieties spotted on the high street, our Raspberry and Wildflower Honey gin, is sure to be a hit, and would make the perfect surprise gift or addition to your home bar, if we do say so ourselves.
