Ingredients

Two ingredients combine to make our wonderfully characterful vodka. Winter wheat grown in our fields adjacent to the distillery and our own chalk filtered water, which when distilled make one of the smoothest and most elegant of single estate spirits.

Tasting Note

Initial dried fruits, then cocoa and layers of caramel. Elegant, medium bodied creamy texture and a dark chocolate richness. A distinctive and enigmatic character, with a broad range of characteristics.
