London Dry Gin – 40% – Great gin begins with great vodka. So too does ours, using the single estate vodka we produce on our own Wiltshire estate. We infuse it with a complex array of handpicked botanicals, including the classic juniper, quince grown on the estate, citrus, woody angelica, bitter almond and spicy cinnamon. This is a classic London Dry with a Ramsbury twist for a complex, rich flavour with a balanced aroma.

Blackberry & Wildflower Honey Gin – 38% –The juice of locally sourced blackberries and wildflower honey from our own hives makes this limited-edition craft gin the perfect refreshing all day sipper.
