Our Single Estate Vodka has been awarded *Best In Class Vodka* at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
One of the oldest and largest spirit competitions, the San Francisco World Spirits Competition is highly influential. Described as the most prestigious spirits competition in the world, we are beyond proud to not only enter but also win!
Throughout the judging process, experienced judging panels perform a blind taste test to decide if a product is worthy of a medal. Each judge is left in the dark without any information of each brand, to ensure there is no bias and that each product is judged fairly. These judges are some of the best experts in the industry and are highly respected within the world of spirits.
On Saturday, at the Top Shelf Gala Awards and Grand Tasting event of the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, we are so proud to have won the best overall vodka, especially amongst such fantastic competition.
This event is hosted by the Tasting Alliance, with judges that have awarded and elevated the reputation of hundreds of brands. With their influential expert opinions and experience, they know a mighty fine spirit when they see one! With over 5,000 entrants it’s safe to say we are beyond proud to have won “Best In Class”.
Our Single Estate Vodka is made from the finest wheat grown on our estate grounds nestled in the heart of Wiltshire. We work as sustainably as possible to each and every bottle’s heritage can be traced back to its field of origin. Not only that but the SFWSC Judging Panel – who have been tasting and judging spirits since the year 2000 – have described our vodka as:
“Clean, neutral, with pronounced citric notes on the nose. Smooth and viscous on the palate with distinctive lemon notes and hints of tropical fruits. Long sweet finish.”
