We are immensely proud to use our own barley, wheat & rapeseed to produce our award winning ales, spirits & local produce. Nothing goes to waste, spent grain is sent back to the farm to supplement the cattle’s diet, waste water is used again for cleaning before being recycled through our reedbed system, Wood from our commercial woodland is chipped to heat our biomass boiler, and that’s just the start of it!

Seasonal Ales

Our current seasonal brew – Platinum Pale 4.3%
Celebrate the Jubilee year with the perfect tipple, a refreshing, hoppy and easy drinking pint. Platinum Pale is superb for the up and coming celebrations. With notes of apricot, nectarine, mango & passionfruit this makes for the perfect summer ale. Our tribute to her majesty using the very best of Great British hops brewed here in Wiltshire.
After the first two batches sold out, and an overwhelming demand, we’re brewing Platinum Pale again!
